We offer a family discount for families who enroll two children at the same time. You can receive $20 off for one term and $30 off for three children.
In addition, if you enroll for two terms and two holiday sessions or four terms, you can enjoy a 10% discount, and a 15% discount if you enroll for four terms and four holiday sessions.
Students who attend more than one class per week will receive a discount of 10% for the second class.
You can also benefit from our referral program. If you refer a student who successfully enrolls in at least one term, you’ll receive one class for free.
Please note that our studio is open on public holidays. Absences must be notified one day in advance. Unexcused absences will not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Missed classes can only be made up within the current term or holiday session, and cannot be carried over as credit to future terms or sessions. If you are unable to attend classes for an extended period of time due to personal reasons, the remaining class hours can be retained, but it does not constitute a reason for a refund.
The tuition for holidays and the next term must be paid in full before classes begin. Please include your child’s name when you pay online,.
To ensure a positive learning environment, we request that parents do not accompany their children to class if they may be called away by work, or if they bring younger children who will stay in the classroom. This can affect the concentration of the students in class. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please let us know separately.
Please also be mindful to pick up your children on time. Our teachers have a short interval between classes to clean up tables and prepare materials for the next class. They are not able to take care of students who leave late, and cannot be held responsible for their safety outside of class time.
During the five-minute break between classes, teachers will provide students with a small snack such as biscuits or candy. If your child has severe food allergies, please notify us in advance. Thank you.
